Laura Fielding holds a BA from Hartwick College and an MBA from St. John’s University. After years in the finance industry, she took time off to raise her family, and turn her love of running and fitness into a part-time career. She is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and NETA Certified Personal Trainer with specialty trainings in willpower & grace®, Spinning®, TRX®, Bender Barre® and BASI® Pilates. Laura is a Level III willPower & grace instructor and led the development of girlPower, a fitness program that focuses on girls ages 8 to 18.
