I have been attending both weekly chiropractic services and monthly massage appointments. Dr. Jo is compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, warm and easy to talk to when it comes to any concerns I want to express. I love her sense of humor. Well, it is about the best decision of my life. From the beginning when they explained their processes, to the x-rays, to the special exercises and equipment, my spine is on the mend. My movements have become much better, their reviewing me and discussing the next steps are spot on. Have not felt this good since around 2010. And it's been only 9 months!!! Still have a ways to go. The system in place is very gentle and slow which is perfect for me as I am double jointed meaning more rigorous adjustments could actually hurt me. Dr. Jo is such a lovely lady always very personable. Each appointment after the first assignment is short as well even if there’s multiple patients.
