We support the community by providing FREE Educational Workshops and Health Screenings here at Core Chiropractic, or at your location, for your business, sports team, gym, church group, school, community center, or other organization.

1. The Gut - Brain Connection – There is a direct connection between your gut and your brain. 90% of your body's serotonin is made in your gut. Leave with a strategy to regain your health and quality of life!

2. Mental Health Matters – Explores the Physical Causes of Anxiety, PTSD, OCD and Depression. Learn the key to improving your health and getting back to the things you love to do.

7. Brain Health for Better Balance – As we age it is important to keep our brains functioning optimally to prevent injuries, slips and falls from imbalance issues. The cerebellum controls our sense of balance. We will give you tips and teach you some simple exercises to help strengthen your body and avoid common injuries.

8. Gut Health – How does the condition of our “gut” (digestive system) affect our health? Learn about the gut-brain axis and how to reduce your risk of chronic disease.
